L’appartamento si trova all’ultimo piano ed è servito da un ascensore con accesso dalla scala principale. Lo spazio a cui avranno accesso gli ospiti è composto da un ingresso, una stanza in cui è possibile preparare un tè o un caffè, due camere da letto matrimoniali e un bagno completo. L’ingresso e la stanza sono in condivisione con me, in quanto le attraverso per entrare in casa mia. Le due camere da letto, ampie e luminose, sono collocate in una zona riservata di fianco alla porta che conduce alla parte dell’appartamento abitato da me. Il bagno è ESTERNO alle camere ed è ad USO ESCLUSIVO degli ospiti.
Le camere da letto sono entrambe arredate con un letto matrimoniale, due comodini, un armadio e un tavolino con due sgabelli. Sono dotate di aria condizionata e sono illuminate da una grande finestra che affaccia sul cortile interno dell’edificio. Il bagno è completo, dotato di un’ampia doccia e illuminato da una finestra che affaccia sul cortile. L’accesso al bagno avviene dalla stanza in cui si trova un piccolo frigorifero, una macchinetta per il caffè, un bollitore per l’acqua calda e un mobiletto contenente l’attrezzatura essenziale per la pulizia.

The apartment is located on the top floor and is served by a lift with access from the main staircase. The space to which guests will have access is composed of an entrance hall, a room where it is possible to prepare tea or coffee, two double bedrooms and a complete bathroom. The entrance and the room are shared with me, as I pass through them to enter my home. The two bedrooms, large and bright, are located in a private area next to the door that leads to the part of the apartment in which I live. The bathroom is OUTSIDE the rooms and is for the EXCLUSIVE USE of guests.
The bedrooms are both furnished with a double bed, two bedside tables, a wardrobe and a coffee table with two stools. They are equipped with air conditioning and are illuminated by a large window overlooking the internal courtyard of the building. The bathroom is complete, equipped with a large shower and illuminated by a window overlooking the courtyard. Access to the bathroom is from the room where there is a small refrigerator, a coffee maker, a hot water kettle and a cabinet containing essential cleaning equipment.
